Ways to create a Larger Shower

Creating a larger shower means working around windows and limitations of your space. Sometimes that limitation is the inspiration for creative thinking. Here’s an image where we had open space in the center of the room and created a totally fabulous shower space allowing a lot of natural light in the space and not squeezing the shower into a corner.

A stocked product 36” corner shower enclosure is used here considering the budget. A small wall extension provides privacy from toilet area and window while showering, yet still allows light to fill the bathroom from the tall window. The angle of the showerhead is purposeful to provide the largest showering space and not to have plumbing on the exterior wall and not block the light from the window to the rest of the room.
